Meet Niah Wright

My name is Niah Wright. I’m 35 years old, originally from Brooklyn, New York and currently living in York, Pennsylvania.

As a young man, I was always into fitness. From high school, I joined the military and served for four years. During this period, I was in the best shape of my life.

It wasn’t until I resigned that I found myself out of shape and slowly gaining weight. After gaining 50 pounds, I realized a change needed to be made! I knew the path I was on could be damaging to not only my health, but the well-being of my family and our future.

This change lead me to understand the importance of nutrition and dieting. We spend so much time thinking it’s about the gym, which plays a major factor in healthy living, but it’s also about nutrition.

Throughout my personal journey, I’ve developed a program that will help you not only achieve your weight loss goals, but also create a balanced, healthy lifestyle intended to give you results that will last.

My goal as your online fitness coach is to motivate and push you even when you want to give up…( I look forward to working with you!).
